We were sent out to film our vox pops segment today for TV journo. Munnie and I are partners for this project and we're both technological dummies match made in heaven. But we pulled through, after paying attention to last week's workshop with Paul Ritchard. Anyways, it wasn't the best weather ever to be filming. Firstly, we were sent out to interview along Swanston Street, the busiest street in Melbourne CBD, which can work for and against us. Yes we had a diverse crowd, but that also means drawing unwanted attention and not getting any benefit out of it. Caucasians or Asians, we learnt that most people are camera shy. We were like the usual annoying sales promoter that hands you out flyers that you don't need. Karma comes around when you most don't want it too, we were mostly rejected just like those poor dudes handing out Nando's flyers were. We even got a 'Fuck-off', how's that? We managed, by smiling sweetly, and saying, 'Good afternoon sir...', annoyed a man so much that he gave us the F-word. Well, sir, you have a nice day too (cue: the finger).

So the next time you see a friendly, helpless student shoving a mic to your bewildered face, please do her a favour and willingly oblige to a short interview...really, 'what constitutes sexual harrassment?' isn't too hard to answer?
