i've been thinking hard about adopting the habit of writing letters again lately. i think the advent of social network media has weaned us from the novelty of receiving letters through snail mail. The accessibility to a close one's live is only a click away, where you can blatantly read their up to date accounts of their lives, and pore over their photos of recent activities. Yet these exchange are only random and instantaneous, they do not require deep thinking and reflect, and involves very minimal heart to heart conversations.
nothing, nothing to me will ever replace paper bound - coded texts, otherwise known as books, or paper form of letters and cards, especially not when they are as cute and beautiful as these...
i hope these cards find you well, my loved ones. and i'm keen on this project, even if it's a postcard, if anyone's interested in receiving Melburnian postcards in your mailbox from time to time, please pop me your address here!
hahaha talking about letters, i have 2 boxes of that at least... guess im the very old school, card n letter person... i did plan, in case of emergency, i actually will grab important documents + those boxes of letters... it may sound pretty hilarious though, yet it is something irreplacable...:P
